Gwen's Plot To Help Xander Backfires Big Time
Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease that Gwen Rizczech’s (Emily O’Brien) plot to help Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) backfires big! So big, in fact, that they might both be arrested for that second “fake” kidnapping-will Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) throw them under the bus, or they be exposed another way?
Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Leo Stark Moves In
Xander and Gwen don’t realize how badly their fake kidnapping plot to make Bonnie Kiriakis (Judi Evans) think the musclebound clown wasn’t Xander could backfire. Leo, who played that musclebound clown moves into the mansion complete with the platform shoes and the muscleman costume he wore under his shirt and jacket. That was part of a Halloween costume that Gwen swiped from Bill and Julie Williams’ (Bill and Susan Seaforth Hayes) closet-not only could they miss it, but someone could find it.
Leo had asked to keep the costume and Gwen wasn’t thinking things through when she told him he could. What if someone finds the costume in the room Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) moves Leo into-especially Bonnie?!
Days Of Our Lives Updates – Danger, Danger
The danger of someone finding the musclebound clown costume with Leo moving in isn’t the only thing that could go wrong with the plan. Sarah Cook (Linsey Godfrey) had started doubting the existence of Rednax Pharmaceuticals again when Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) offered to help Xander sue them. Justin thought if he helped Xander sue the company for wrongful termination, it would be worth some substantial money; but oddly, Xander had declined. That ramped up Sarah’s suspicions, although she and Justin kind of gave up finding the evil clown with Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) hospitalization in Bayview, at least temporarily. But then, Bonnie starts having post-traumatic stress disorder flashbacks again and tells Sarah that she had thought Xander was the clown because of things he said the same.
Walls Closing In
With the walls closing in from all sides, Gwen’s plot to help Xander backfires big! Leo doesn’t throw Gwen and Xander under the bus, but he doesn’t have to – the costume does. Leo didn’t expect to run into Bonnie and have her see him dressed in the costume, sans mask, trying to impress Sonny. With Sarah’s suspicions ramping up and Gwen’s fake website for Rednax Pharmaceuticals being investigated and found fake, it’s only a matter of time before the law comes down on both.
Leo could be questioned as well because he was an accessory to the second kidnapping and Justin really wants to get justice. There doesn’t seem to be any way of getting out of this for either Xander, Bonnie, or Leo.
